Do you know Jesus?

DO YOU KNOW JESUS AS YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOR?

That is the very most important question you will ever be called to answer, and you will have to answer it in the afterlife.

At Hope, we don't want to coerce you or pressure you. We just want you to know the joy that we have discovered in knowing and trusting Jesus Christ, who said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

How do you come to know Him?

Walk with us along the "Roman Road to Salvation:"

Romans 3:23 says,"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

You need to acknowledge your need.

Romans 5:12 says, "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man (Adam), and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all have sinned."

Our sin means that we live in a state of spiritual death.

Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

We deserve death, but through Jesus, receive eternal life. It's a free gift!

Romans 10:9-11 says, "If you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

All you need do is trust in Him and confess that He is Lord. He has already done everything that is needed to save you from sin and death.

Romans 8:1 is our assurance: "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Jesus Christ."

He promises that you will be free of sin and death.

If you desire to be saved, simply pray this prayer:

"Lord, I acknowledge my sin. I know that I cannot work everything out for myself. I am powerless over sin. I believe in you, Lord Jesus, and I trust in your power to save me. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and give me the gift of eternal life. I surrender my will to you today. In Jesus name I pray, AMEN."
